Poeta coliving is a coliving community for professionals managed by Globexs.
At “Valencia Coliving by Globexs” we welcome professionals, aged between 25 and 65, from very diverse backgrounds: Entrepreneurs starting their business in Valencia, foreign digital nomads and remote workers, freelancers with a temporary project in Valencia, and even master’s and PhD students.
We offer our residents a springboard in Valencia that meets their high standards of accommodation. Our aim is to make our residents feel at home in Valencia, by creating a hub where they can connect in a meaningful way with like-minded souls.
“Valencia Coliving by Globexs” is about sharing workspaces, while enjoying the privacy of your fully equipped personal living space. It is about accumulating experiences, meeting and discovering new people and cultures, but at your own pace. The privacy of each resident is respected, and the community is not imposed.

Is the Coliving formula something for me?
The Globexs Coliving Communities are top level residences that we like to keep as exclusive as possible. We screen every candidate to make sure that he/she fits in perfectly in the community.
We welcome professionals, aged between 25 and 65, from very diverse backgrounds: Entrepreneurs starting their business in Spain, foreign digital nomads and remote workers, freelancers with a temporary project, and even master’s and PhD students.
We highly respect the privacy of the residents, and the community manager ensures that the house rules are strictly respected. We guarantee a professional and respectful living environment to our residents.
How are the residences managed?
The Globexs Coliving Communities are managed in a very professional way by Globexs with a dedicated community manager.
The Globexs community manager is in charge for all practical arrangements and the implementation of the house rules, and is the main point of contact for the residents.
Residents automatically become a member of the Globexs Community.
The common areas are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company Nestor, and all residents are given the opportunity to hire professional cleaning for their personal room.
What is the Globexs Community?
Clients of Globexs are automatically a member of the Globexs Community. That means that everybody that rents a Globexs apartment or a space in one of our colivings automatically joins the community. Of course, everybody decides his/her level of involvement in the community.
Members of the Globexs Community have access to events, discounts and other advantages.
What services are included in the rental price?
The rooms are fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels. Included in the rental price is weekly linen change (bedlinen and towels).
The common areas are cleaned weekly, and the residents can also choose for periodic (daily – weekly) cleaning of their private room (20€ + vat per hour).
The residents have free use of the coworking space and can enjoy free coffee and printing. The use of the coworking space is subject to strict house rules.
Residents have automatic membership to the Globexs Community.
How does the application process work?
The Coliving Communities by Globexs are high-end residency that operates on a fixed application process. The application process can take up to 4 weeks to be approved. Follow the guidelines of your Globexs rental agent.
What paperwork do I need to provide?
Nobody likes paperwork, but it needs to be done. In order to approve your application we need a bunch of information from your side.

- CIF of the company
- Proof that the person signing the contract is the legal representative of the company
- DNI / passport of each person that is going to stay at the apartment
- Email / phone number of each person that is going to stay at the apartment
- Reason for the stay.
Employees
- Copy of the employment contract
- Proof of income for the last 3 months
- Permanent address
- DNI / Passport
- Email / telephone number
- The reason for your temporary stay.
Freelancers
- Financial evidence to confirm that you have enough financial liquidity to cover the rent of the complete stay (e.g. a current bank account statement).

What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay at our Colivings is 1 month. The maximum stay is 11 months.
